Miami Dade County Drug Court Donator - Roberto Jakubowicz

Back in the year 1989, the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida became the very first judicial circuit to implement what is known as Drug Court. Drug Court is a wonderful program that helps with diversion and treatment. Drug Court works directly with the court system, making it a government funded organization.

Roberto Jakubowicz chose to donate $15,000 to Drug Court of Miami Dade County because he truly believes in the work that they are doing. Drug Court of Miami is an institution that prides itself on being able to identify appropriate candidates for their program. Drug Court in Miami also aims to effectively deviate from the regular course of prosecution. Roberto Jakubowicz knows that Drug Court has always been a very innovative organization that is able to produce positive results. Drug Court also provides, under the supervision of the Drug Court judge, the treatment specialists, rehabilitation opportunities for defendants.

Since its conception in 1989, Drug Court has grown into a major success, thanks in part to donations no unlike the generous one made by Roberto Jakubowicz. Roberto Jakubowicz did not have to think hard about donating to Drug Court. The United States of America has been facing a growing and increasingly serious drug problem. Now, Drug Court is present in more than 2000 communities throughout the entire nation. The Drug Court monitors the progress of recovering defendants and decides whether or not they have fully recovered. The Drug Court could end up dismissing the case of the defendant. Drug Court is a great organization that is actively providing a wonderful service for the Miami Dad County community, as well as over 2000 other communities across the nation.

Roberto Jakubowicz is very happy with his decision to donate time and money to the efforts of the Drug Court of Miami Dade County.  Roberto Jakubowicz will continue supporting the Drug Court of Miami Dade County for a long time.
